This block builds the athlete underneath the sport, with two after-school sessions and a Saturday option built for athletes already in a season.

Mix any of the three weekly sessions to hit your tier: Monday and Thursday at 3:30pm after school, plus Saturday at 9am for athletes already in a season. Early-bird rates ($600 for 2x, $750 for 3x) apply through July 30. After that, pricing is $700 and $900. Program runs August 24 through October 29.

The athletes who take over their season didn't start when it began. They built the engine in the weeks before, while everyone else was still getting off the couch.
Small group means coached.
Not supervised. Not left to figure it out. Coach Kev is on the floor every session, small group by design so every athlete gets actual attention.
Pre-season or in-season, there's a slot.
Monday and Thursday after school for athletes building toward a season. Saturday at 9am for athletes already competing who refuse to lose ground. Everyone trains to the same standard.

Coach Kev

Sports Medicine degree. Built Structure PF from the ground up in Eureka, MO after years in NYC's high-performance training world. Coach Kev doesn't just run group workouts. He programs, coaches, and tracks every athlete in the room.

The Fall Performance Series exists because athletes in this area deserved a real training environment, not a crowded camp. The format is small, the coaching is direct, and the programming builds the athleticism that transfers to every sport, whether the season is ahead or already here.
